Other changes include the addition of a stamina bar. This will make you much slower and weaker when the bar has run out, and can be replenished by sleeping. The mini-map has also been turned off by default, making the game feel more immersive. Fast traveling will consume food and stamina now, making it a much less attractive option. There will be fewer humans and animals encountered, so hunting and gathering items will be trickier as well.
Takkar will also be more susceptible to cold, so crafting winter gear is a much higher priority. After that, there are options the player can activate to go further. There are some upsides to playing in this mode, however.
Hunter Vision now lasts longer, making it easier to spot things in the world. There are also new Ubisoft Club challenges to complete. It was mentioned that new PS4 trophies and Xbox One achievements could not be added. There is also a special reward for players who complete the ultimate challenge: permadeath on, survival mode on, and playing on expert difficulty. This patch also brings 4K textures to the PC version. So what do you think?
Are you excited to go back to Far Cry Primal and play on the new difficulty setting? Will this update get you to play the game for the first time?

The Unearned Hype Podcast: Episode The quick save button F5 doesn't seems to do anything either and there is no indication that I'm saving when I hit it. Even stranger I went to the saves folder in the Ubisoft directory and deleted all of my saves. When I reloaded the game all of the saves were still there? When I looked online I found dozens of people who seem to be having the same problem and the only answer was to edit the CPY.
All in all this is a pain. I'd like to be able to save my progress and not play the whole area over every time I get attacked by a bear. And as I said I'm finding a lot of people making the same complaint. Ah, and important note at the very end of "Creating unlimited number of save slots" chapter?? F5 still doesn't seem to do anything. But I've run around now enough that I can usually get to a bed and sleep someplace that saves the game so I recover at that location.
I still make player saves by writing over the first three so I always have a recent one, but I haven't tried loading one for a while. I'll try that next time I get into the game and see if it reloads my where I saved or back at the base camp. Mike I missed the part about disabling cloud save, I'll check that out.

The only other single player game I've played in a while was the Witcher 3 which was pretty standard as to saving, before that it goes clear back to Skyrim for an non MMO. Per page: 15 30 Date Posted: 30 Aug, pm.
